In an effort to quickly and efficiently refund patients, your healthcare provider hired Crossroads Health to process these patient refunds. Patient and Guarantor Information was provided by your healthcare provider to Crossroads Health for this purpose.

The refunds will be available via the link received to accept for a period of 30 calendar days. We will send a reminder every 3 days until your link expires, after which you must contact your healthcare provider directly, or email support@rightrefund.com, and discuss how to receive your refund.
